How many tampons/pads come in each box of product?

No applicator Tampons: 16/box
Applicator Tampons, regular 16/box heavy: 14/box
Panty Liners: 24/box
Pads: 10/box

How often will my package be delivered?

You choose! You can have your products delivered every 2, 3 or 4 months. It’s up to you!

Do your pads have wings?


I'm used to using plastic applicator tampons, how do yours compare?

We have two different options:

1. Cardboard applicator: The tip is curved and we've found them a lot more comfortable than other cardboard applicators we've used.

2. No applicator: These can be daunting at first, but we've actually grown to love how small and convenient they are + less waste!

 What are the benefits of organic cotton products?

 By choosing organic cotton for your menstrual products, you are ensuring that your products are made with cotton grown under the strictest of conditions. This means the cotton is free from pesticides, bleach, artificial fibres (that can shed in the vaginal walls)- All of which have been found in conventional brands.

What if I want to cancel?

No worries! We encourage you to explore what form of menstrual  product works best for you. You can cancel at anytime before your next delivery with no penalty. Just go to my subscriptions and click cancel:) 

What is the billing period?

On the day you sign up you'll be charged and again right before each delivery. So if you choose to have deliveries every 2 months, you’ll be billed every 2 months. If you choose to have deliveries every 4 months, you’ll be charged every 4 months.

I want to give easy as a gift, how do I do it?

To give easy. as a gift, go to “Give the Gift of easy.” on the home page. This will allow you to make a one time purchase for either a 3, 6 or 12 month supply. Just add the recipients address as the shipping address! 

Can I just order a one time supply?

Yes! With our gift subscriptions under “Give the Gift of easy.” on the home page, you can order a one time supply for 3, 6 or 12 months. You will be charged only once at the time of purchase.

I'm receiving an error message when I try to place an order. Wtf?

Well that's annoying. Sorry about that. First try placing an order from a different browser (e.g. Google Chrome rather than Firefox) or a different device (e.g. Phone rather than laptop). Ensure that your address has been input correctly including your postal code. If the problem persists, please email us at and we'll make it better!


Do you ship outside of Canada?

Yes! We ship to the U.S.
